01Who we are
Florro is a mobile app that matches real plants to your real room. This website (florro.app) is operated by Bohdan Bushuiev, an individual based in Dnipro, Ukraine ("Florro", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@florro.app.
This policy covers the florro.app website and the pre-launch waitlist only. The Florro app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.
02What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Email address (required), so we can tell you when Florro launches.
- Your mobile platform: iOS, Android or both, so we send you the right store link.
- How many plants you have (optional), which helps us understand who is waiting for Florro.
- Date and time of sign-up, as a record of your consent.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
03Why we use it and on what legal basis

We will not sell your data, share it for advertising or send you marketing beyond what you signed up for.
04Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting, delivery and security.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France, EU): storing the waitlist and sending the launch email.
05International transfers
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred, it is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
06How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist data until Florro launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it earlier. If you create a Florro account, the app's privacy policy applies from then on. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, usually no longer than 30 days.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
To use any of these rights, email hello@florro.app. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
09Children
The waitlist is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Florro grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email before it applies.
